Leslieville Toronto: East End Brunch, Vintage Shops & Local Vibes

Leslieville, stretching along Queen Street East from Pape to Coxwell, is Toronto's most charming east-end neighbourhood — a low-rise strip of independent coffee shops, celebrated brunch spots, vintage furniture stores, and galleries that attracts young families and creative professionals. The brunch game here is genuinely excellent: Lady Marmalade (expect queues on weekends) and Eggspectation both have devoted followings. South Riverdale's Geary Avenue has become a destination for craft breweries — Eastbound Brewing and Left Field Brewery both anchor the strip. For vintage and antique shopping, the cluster of stores around Logan and Queen is the best in the city. The neighbourhood has genuinely resisted chains better than most Toronto streets — most of what you'll find here is truly local, independently owned, and worth supporting.
